“Conflict” and “caring” are not terms that usually associate with each other. Yet it is in the midst of conflict that caring is so desperately needed. Nowhere is this more true than in church conflict.
This book explains why conflict develops, even among some of the finest people and in some of the best churches. And it demonstrates why conflict and caring must be joined in the church. It was written out of the author’s considerable experience in helping churches work through conflict. Much of the material in the book has been used in conflict-resolution workshops and conferences.
