If we may paraphrase some words of Socrates, “O Christian pastor, why do you turn and scrape every stone to get people into your church and pay so little attention to the children, who are your greatest opportunity and the hope of the church’s future?” There is no more strategic point at which the minister can work and where he can more profitably center attention, time, and diligent study.
