I believe that I have produced sufficient scriptural proof on the points at issue to satisfy any earnest, unprejudiced Christian that the reign of Christ is in the heart and will never be a carnal political kingdom on this earth.
Although the proof-text method of argument has pretty well gone out of use in modern theological literature, I have followed that method in this book for the simple reason that no other method is adapted to appeal to premillennialists themselves and those to whom their arguments appeal.
I offer this book to the kindly consideration of that fellowship of believers who “love His appearing.”
