The Teachings of D.S. Warner and His Associates

Once the dust settled of the pioneer days of a new reformation, one of them took time to assess the assumptions, convictions, teachings, etc. of the Church of God reformation movement. Charles W. Naylor had plenty of time as an invalid, confined to his home, to reevaluate everything we were about. He examines D.S. Warner as a man, Warner's assumptions, effects and consequences of Warner's assumptions, the imminent second coming of Christ, Old Testament prophecies and types, denominationalism, Babylon, the Bride of Christ, Christian Unity, etc. Naylor basically questions the apocalypticism used to justify the existence of the Church of God reformation movement. He concludes that we don't need such justification because there are so many good things the Church of God is accomplishing within the world.
