Dr. T. Franklin Miller is Adjunct Professor in Practical Theology at the School of Theology, Anderson, Indiana. He has served the church extensively as pastor, evangelist, preacher, teacher, writer. For more than 23 years he was Executive Secretary of the National Board of Christian Education of the Church of God and for 10 years prior to his retirement he was the President of Warner Press, the publishing house of the Church of God.
