From any point of view the Sunday church school is important. Nine out of ten adult members of the Christian church are the product of the Sunday school. Here is the most fruitful recruiting for church vocations. Most ministers, missionaries, and church school teachers come out of the Sunday school. This is the most productive field there is for evangelism.

Churchmanship is learned first in the Sunday school. Through this teaching ministry the church hands on its message from one generation to another. Here in the Sunday school are learned the eternal truths of the Christian faith, and here is where Christian nurture leads person after person to full commitment to the living Christ. ...
